Uniform carbon composite overlay pole construction with high-gloss black paint finish. Polished aluminum collar pole segment ends and rubber-reinforced base grip. Steel scissor base supports sail sign flag hardware, includes water ballast. Lifetime warranty on hardware; one-year warranty on base. Complies with Prop 65. 23" D x 47.5" W x 207" H
