She was so sweet, communicative, and efficient in helping me with my quick turnaround deadline...even messaging during off-hours to keep me in the loop (different time zones!). I contacted Branded Gifts Plus to order customized gifts for an upcoming meeting. I knew I was cutting it close but Michelle was absolutely amazing! She confirmed my assumption (I was cutting it close) but she quickly let me know my options, asked me for my artwork and got to work to figure out how to deliver on my request.
